Worship

We meet every Sunday to explore the worship together, pray, hear from the Bible and think about how to apply Jesus’ words to our lives. We are a diverse group mixing local people and our new west African friends. We are very relaxed, creative and just a little crazy.

We often sit around tables and our services include participation in discussion, craft and dance! We have modern songs, older hymns and African songs too. On the first Sunday of the month we celebrate Holy Communion. All ages attend and remain in the service together.

Minecraft church is a service for all the family especially for those Minecraft mad (and those who have to put up with them!) We use tablets and laptops to create our worship together in a shared Minecraft World. For non-gamers, we have art, craft, lego and stop-motion video to join in with. We have a special communion service every so often where we make our own bread to break and share.

A quiet and reflective service of Holy Communion. After the service a simple soup lunch is served and all are welcome to stay. We are joined once a month by a class from the local school.
